- NA The proposed contract action is for modified Intercom Headset, With Dual Mic Capability (DCCI P/N: 49825G-01) and Intercom Headset Adapter for Hand Held Radio (DCCI P/N: 40417G-03) which the 180th Fighter Wing [Government] intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Therefore, this publication serves as a notice of intent to procure, on a sole source basis, with David Clark Co, INC for modified Intercom Headset, With Dual M ic Capability (DCCI P/N: 49825G-01) and Intercom Headset Adapter for Hand Held Radio (DCCI P/N: 40417G-03). These items are being purchased for use with the existing supply provided/modified by David Clark Co, INC (originally approved for procurement throu gh the local contracting office for the 180th Fighter Wing by The Defense Supply Center's [Columbus, OH]item manager Mr. Dan Niedert, DSCC-S9E). These items are being purchased for continuity purposes. This notice may represent the only official notice. Th is is a simplified acquisition.
