- NA Application of Dust Controlling Agents. The contractor shall be responsible for all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to apply dust-controlling agents to various types of roads, tank trails, and landing zones within the boundaries of Fort C ampbell, Kentucky. Only one type of Dust Controlling Agent will be used under this contract, Polymer Asphalt blend. Dust controlling agent must be environmentally friendly, contain no volatile organic compounds, and shall be non-corrosive to machinery/ve hicles. Roads will not be closed to traffic at any time during or after application of product. Contract type is a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract for a Base Year with Four (4) Option Periods. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Busines s Concerns. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, the NAICS is 424690 for this acquisition.
