- NA This is a combined synopsis/request for proposal (RFP) for the solicitation of commercial cleaning of abruptly vacated government quarters, prepared in accordance with the Format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with ad ditional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. No drawings or schematics are available from this agency. Provisions and clau ses in effect through FAC 2001-13 are incorporated and made a part of this RFP. The proposal No. is DABK05-03-R-0023. The performance period will be for one year plus three one (1) year options. The request for proposal will result in a firm fixed price requirements contract. Proposals are due 14 July 2003 2:00 PM. The 2002 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720 for custodial services. The associated small business size standard is fourteen (14) million.
