Description

NA The Capital District Contracting Center intends to issue a solicitation for concrete services which can include the removal, replacement and installation of deteriorated concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and other concrete structures for the U.S. Army at Fort Belvoir, VA; Fort Myer,VA and Fort McNair, DC; Fort Meade, MD; Fort A.P. Hill, VA; Walter Reed Army Medical Center, DC; and Arlington National Cemetery, VA. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for a Concrete Requ irements Contract. This is a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside procurement. The Government intends to award multiple contracts; however, one offeror can be awarded more than one contract. The Government intends to award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity c ontracts for a base period of one-year with four one-year option periods. The magnitude of the total requirement is estimated over $10,000,000. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237310 and the Size Standard is $28.5 Million. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the internet only at t he Federal Business Opportunities website. Tentatively anticipate issuing a solicitation on or about August 11, 2003. Bids will be due 30 calendar days after issuance of solicitation.
