Description

This notice is to identify all prospective Offerors within the Republic of Turkey in submitting proposals for the upcoming solicitation of the REPAIR MUNITIONS STORAGE AREA (PHASE 1-LIGHTS) contract, PROJECT NO. LJYC.96-1027. All potential offerors must submit a letter to this office identifying the company name, address, phone number, fax, email, and solicitation point of contact. This information shall be submitted no later than 1600hrs on 18 July 2003. Fax and emails will be accepted. Any interested party who does not submit this information by the stated cut-off date shall not be considered for award nor shall a proposal be considered responsive. Parties not previously identified and listed per the above request shall not be allowed entry to the pre-proposal conference/site visit. POC for this acquisition is SSgt Suzanna Bannies or MSgt Ricky Harris, 39 Contracting Squadron and can be reached at 322-316-8084/8083/8002. Fax for letters is 322-316-1250. Letters received late shall be deemed non-responsive. Attendance at the site visit is mandatory for consideration of award (Date and Time of Site Visit will be provided at a later date). ATTENTION POTENTIAL OFFERORS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD OF THIS SOLICITATION DUE TO ESTABLISHED ECONOMIC AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF TURKEY, THE AIR FORCE INTENDS TO AWARD THIS SOLICITATION TO A BUSINESS CONCERN WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF TURKEY. THEREFORE, PROPOSALS FROM BUSINESS CONCERNS OUTSIDE OF TURKEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
