- Description
- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. Services are required to provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to perform maintenance of grease traps, lift stations and associated lines at Patrick AFB, FL. Work will include proper off base disposal of any and all resulting waste materials. Specific requirement, locations, sizes and frequencies will be provided in the Statement of Work and in accordance with local, State, and Federal regulations. Initial period of performance will be from 01 Oct 2003 through 30 Sep 2004 and will include four, one-year option periods concluding 30 Sep 2008. Options will be evaluated for total price of contract but shall not obligate the government to exercise any option period. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Technical submittals must be submitted with offer. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business and is subject to the Service Contract Act. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562119; Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7699; size standard is $5.0 million. The solicitation will be posted to FED BIZ OPS on or about 15 Jul 03. Solicitation issue date and anticipated award date of 15 Sep 03 are tentative.
