Description

The Air Force intends to issue a solicitation for custodial services at Vandenberg AFB, CA, on or around 24 Jul 03. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services for Vandenberg AFB. The proposed period of performance is: Basic Year (1 Oct 2003 - 30 Sep 2004); and four (4) one-year option periods, extending the contract through 30 Sep 2008. Award is contemplated as 100% 8(a) Set-Aside; NAICS code is 561720; Size Standard is $14.0M in average annual gross receipts. Services will be procured pursuant to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The RFP will be posted via the Internet at www.eps.gov. Interested parties must obtain copies of the RFP from the Internet; no copies will be mailed. Telephone requests will not be honored.
