- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is sole sourced to COMPAQ FEDERAL LLC. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F09650-03-Q-0085 is a Request for Quote. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular through the issue date of the solicitation. NAICS Code 811212. CONTACT BUYER FOR A COPY OF ATTACHMENT 1 AND 2 AT (478) 926-7988. Statement of Work for Compaq Hardware, dated 23 June 2003 1. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide on-site remedial and preventive support/maintenance for specified Compaq hardware. Contractor will provide all Compaq parts, materials and any necessary or required on site labor. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished but provided by Compaq/HP only. Contractor will provide remedial maintenance within 4 hours of a logged call and maintenance will be performed continuously until the problem is resolved. Service provider will install all applicable Field Change Orders (FCOs) which are required to ensure proper Compaq machine operation. Compaq hardware to be covered under this maintenance agreement is listed by component serial number and model number in the attachments 1 and 2. Owner of this equipment is the 78th Communication Squadron, 205 Perry St, Robins AFB GA 31098. POC is Billy Griffin, 78 CS/SCBX, 926-3800 ext 173 or Lisa Weaver, 78CS/SCBX, 926-3800 ext 177. 2. Contact Hours: Contact hours shall be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 3. Maintenance response time: Service provider should provide same day on-site hardware maintenance, 4 hour response, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
