Description

Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and coordination necessary to demolish ceramic tiles and carpet in seventy three (73) existing Capehart Military Family Housing Units. New work includes construction of new floor tiles and carpet, as indicated on the Drawings. This competitive acquisition is a Set Aside for Hub Zone companies. The Official Copy of the Solicitation will not be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) or paper, and can only be accessed on the WEB Site at: http://www.eps.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236118, and the average annual receipts is $28.5 million dollars. This is not a Request for Proposals. The time for completion is 320 Calendar Days after acknowledgement of Notice to Proceed. The Magnitude of Construction is between $100,000 and $500,000. The approximate issue date is 14 Jul 03. The approximate date of the Site Visit is 29 Jul 03. The approximate Proposal Opening Date is 13 Aug 03. The Government is not responsible for notifying potential Offerors of changes to the Solicitation. All changes, Revisions (Amendments), and other pertinent information will be posted on the Web Site above for viewing.
