- Air Force Research Laboratory, Air Vehicles Directorate (AFRL/VASD) solicits research proposals for Low Band Structural Array Program (LOBSTAR). The Air Force is soliciting technical and cost proposals to develop and demonstrate a structurally embedded antenna concept for an intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR) platform on unmanned air vehicles (UAV?s).
