- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (F41652-03-T-0003) is issued as a request for quotes. This solicitation as well as all provisions and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13. This procurement is a small business set-aside under SIC Code is 3084/NIACS code is 3216122. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to bid on this solicitation. DESCRIPTION: 48000 (EA) PCV ? 20 4? PCV SCHEDULE 40 20? LENGTH 6? BELL, Proposed Delivery Date: _______. Price: $________. This award will be made on the basis of lowest cost, technically acceptable.
