Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. (ii) Solicitation F44600-03-T-0018 is issued as a Commercial Solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13. Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (iii) The solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. (iv)This acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 611699 with a small business size standard of $6,000,000.00. (v) The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, plant, material, and other items and services necessary to provide the following: 37 Each Student Kits ?Fundamentals of Network Security?, Part No: 2150; 37 Each Student Kits ?Microsoft 2000 Network and Operating System Essentials?, Part No: 2151; 37 Each Student Kits ?Implementing Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional and Server?, Part No: 2152; 15 Each Student Kits ?Implementation a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network Infrastructure?, Part No: 2153; 15 Each Student Kits ?Implementing and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Directory Services?, Part No: 2154; 15 Each Student Kits ?Designing a Microsoft Windows 2000 Directory Services Infrastructure?, Part No: 1561. (vi) n/a (vii) The date of delivery shall be no later then 30 days ARO (After Receipt of Order) or sooner to 83 CS/SCXT, 37 Elm Street, Suite 116; Langley AFB, VA 23665-2091; FOB Destination. Responsibility and Inspection: Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and Quality Control. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price will be considered.
