- Description
- The 1st Contracting Squadron at Langley AFB (LAFB), VA intends to award a sole source modification to EMS Technologies, Canada, Ltd., 1725 Woodward Drive, Ottawa, K2C 0P9, Canada for the following: Three additional SARmaster software licenses; 24/7 pager support with guaranteed 4-hour response for mission critical problems; user support during non-mission critical problems; user support during normal business hours of operation; fax/email support; new version releases; on-site technical support and warranty of the product for the contract period. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price modification to the existing purchase order. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified item, they must respond to this notice before 1200 hrs noon (EDT) on 30 June 03. Offerors responding to this notice must provide proof that can provide and meet all the requirements stated herein. Information must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer by not later than the date and time specified in this announcement. In addition, include a minimum of at least three organizations/companies currently using this type of licensed software. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source procurement with EMS Technologies, Canada Ltd. will be pursued. The POC for this notice is Captain John G.
