- Description
- The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System intends to Award a contract for purchase and installation of one (1) Single Wall Audiometric Examination Room. Unit will be constructed of 4 inch thick modular panels with an additional 4 inch thick liner panel complete with carpeted vibration isolated floor, space-saver roof mounted ventilation, recessed electrical, noise-lock doors and double glazed windows, audiometric jack panels acoustically matched and shipped ready for field assembly. Exam Room Dimensions: Inside (W x L x Ht): 10_-04_ W x 8_-00_ L x 6_-06_ Ht, Outside (W x L x Ht): 11_-08_ W x 9_-04_ L x 7_-07_ Ht. The VA Standard Technical Specifications, Reference Documents and Project Specific Audiometric Booth requirements have been uploaded as an attachment to this synopsis/solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Quotes (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13. This procurement is unrestricted. NAICS Code 541380, business size standard $6.0. This will be a firm fixed price contract. FOB is destination. Payment will be made on receipt and acceptance of the equipment.
