- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1601 Perdido Street, New Orleans, LA 70112 is soliciting bids to Renovate VCS Canteen. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds and a 90 day bid acceptance period is mandatory. The bid opening will be held on August 14, 2003 at 1:00pm CST and the Pre-Bid Conference will be held on July 29, 2003 at 10:00am CST, both at the DVA Medical Center, 1601 Perdido Street, New Orleans, LA 70112, in Building #2, Room 405. All requests for bid documents must be in writing and accompanied by a $100.00 refundable bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or money order. The issue date is o/a July 14, 2003. Only 15 sets of plans and specifications are available on a first come, first service basis. The construction cost range for this project is between $100,000 to $250,000 dollars. The NAICS code is 233320 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction - $28.5 million.
