- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement to conduct a study entitled "High Performance Concrete Pavement." The FHWA is seeking responsible offerors who can provide the services outlined in the Solicitation. This requirement will be awarded as a Small Business Set-Aside. All interested parties should submit their proposal in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation and all related documents and amendments, if any, will be released and available electronically through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) under FedBizOpps at www.eps.gov. Choose the "EPS for Vendors" option followed by selection of the DOT/FHWA section. NO WRITTEN, TELEPHONIC, FACSIMILE OR EMAIL REQUESTS will be honored. Interested parties can register at the aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements by email. Since this solicitation will only be available electronically, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the EPS (FedBizOpps) website for any solicitation amendments. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer. This is a Simplified Acquisition and award of a firm-fixed price purchase order will be made to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Proposals are due July 15, 2003, 2:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. This is a Simplified Acquisition therefore the threshold is $100,000.
