- Description
- The Administration on Aging (AoA), an Operating Division of the US Department of Health and Human Services, intends to perform a streamlined cost comparison study of its Center for Communications and Consumer Services/Public Inquiries functions in Fiscal Year 2003, in accordance with the Revised OMB Circular A-76, effective 29 May 2003. There are currently 4 FTEs performing the functions under study at AoA Headquarters in Washington, DC. The Competitive Sourcing Official is to be determined and the Contracting Officer is Michele Trotter. The streamlined cost comparison study is expected to be completed within 90 days of this announcement.
