- Description
- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Michael McCoy for the office of National Marine Fisheries Southwest Region(NMF)in Honolulu, Hawaii. Purpose of proposed contract is for development of Sea Turtle recovery conservation and management in the Western and the Central Pacific: compilation of the existing information base to include but not limited to traditional and modern sources in the Republic of Marshall Islands (RMI). Contractor has a demonstrated history of implementing complex and detailed turtle research and recovery activities in a variety of Pacific Islands including most associated countries in Micronesia, and he have contacts with modern and traditional governance institutions in the Republic of Marshall Islands. This notice may represent the only official notice. Requests for solicitation will not be honored. This is a simplified acquisition with estimated value of less than $50,000.00.
