- Request for quote issued for quantity of 320 each Sonics Concepts brand prototype miniaturized acoustic fish tags, delivery date requested by July 31, 2003 for the office of National Marine Fisheries in Pasco, WA. NMFS have standardized on Sonics Concepts brand miniature acoustic fish tags designed for implant into small subyearling chinook salmon. Sonics Concept brand tags meet all performance requirements, including operating frequency, encoding type, tag longevity and unique code range and compatibility with the proprietary detection equipment under development for testing and evaluation in the Columbia River estuary and Lake Washington Ship Canal.
