- Description
- National Institute of Standards and Technology intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) Only One Source Reasonably Available with the Corporate Executive Board, 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Suite 7000, Washington, DC 20006 for membership to the Working Council for Chief Information Officers. The Corporate Executive Board, Working Council for Chief Information Officers, provides its members with best practices research and executive education. Membership allows unlimited access to all services and research of the Council which includes studies, Executive Inquiry briefs, Project Support Desk staff, and member-only website. Members may attend Executive Retreats, Member Roundtables, or Staff Briefings. This notice of intent is not a request for competition; no solicitation is available, however, interested parties may express, in writing, their interest and document their bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement prior to the closing date of July 10, 2003, 11 am EST. Such information will be reviewed to determine if it is necessary to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
