- Contractor shall reconstruct 5.20 miles of Forest Service Road 19 on the Ouachita National Forest, Scott County, Arkansas. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code is 237310 and the size standard is $28.5 Million. The contract time for this project is 225 calendar days. This project is open to large and small businesses. A 20% bid bond guarantee is required. Successful contractor will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price prior to beginning work. The date for a site visit for this project will be listed in Section L of the Solicitation package. This is an Invitation for Bids (Sealed Bid) and will be available for download from this site on or about July 11, 2003.
