Description

Item Description: SHAFT,ELEVATOR INTERCONNECT.Contractor first article testing is required and shall consist of verification of 100% of dimensional, material,process & performance requirements as sepciafied on the contractually required drawing (77751) 160 d521124-13 REV C. The Delivery days on the items are 340 days after date of award. There will be 16 ea sent to Hill AFB UT, 67 ea shipped to New Cumberland PA, with a total of 166 each. Manufacturer's code is (26512). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. SEE NOTE 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 17 Jul 03. The Small Busines size standard is 1000 employees. Specifications,plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quatities. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years)shall not exceed 1 year. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data;therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Northrup Grumman. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price,delivery,past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
