Origin; Inspection/Acceptance Origin; This solicitation will be available on its issue date of 12 July, 2003 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp; Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data, Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of U.S.C. 2304(c)(1); Approved source is shown above; While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery and past performance; A 100% option quantity is included in the solicitation; This is an unrestricted acquisition.
