- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS)-Bureau of Immigration & Customs Enforcement (BICE), intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for a base plus 2 one-year options, for a Facilities operator/Animal Caretaker for the US Border Sector HQ, Tucson, Arizona (this will encompass various locations in Southern Arizona). The contractor shall be responsible for maintenance of various stable facilities and grooming of the horses at those facilities. This requirement is a small business set-aside. Response date for this quotation ACL-3-Q-0021 is July 8, 2003 at 4:00 pm Pacific Time. Only written responses will be accepted.
