- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS)-Bureau of Immigration & Customs Enforcement (BICE), intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for construction of a Open Air Horse Barn. This barn is to be located at the US Border Station, Why, Arizona . This requirement is a small business set-aside. Response date for this quotation ACL-3-Q-0025 is July 8, 2003 at 4:00 pm Pacific Time. Site visit may be requested before July 1, 2003 by contacting Mike Nepsa at 949-360-3066.
