- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), and the reference number is 03TC401. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 337214 and the size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide the following items: CLIN0001: Desk, Unicor Harmony 5000 series, HE-5500-R or equal, Oak finish, Qty (5); CLIN0002: Desk, Unicor Harmony 5000 series, HE-5500-L or equal, Oak finish, Qty (4); CLIN0003: Desk, Unicor Harmony 1000 series, HE-1400 or equal, Oak finish, Qty (1); CLIN0004: Desk, Unicor Harmony 1000 series, HE-1500 or equal, Oak finish, Qty (1). CLIN0005: Chair, low back, with arms, ergo, Unicor ZZWP8010 or equal, base finish=black, upholstery=ebony, Qty (9); CLIN0006: Chair, high back, with arms, Unicor Legacy2 ZZUST2026 or equal, base finish=black, upholstery=ebony, Qty (2). FOB point will be destination to be delivered within 30 days to: 37 SFS, Bldg. 5211, Lackland Air Force Base, TX, 78236. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercials Items, FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition. No written request for quote is available.
