- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), and the reference number is F07603-03-Q-0015. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 442210 and the size standard is $6 million. Contractor is required to (1) Remove and dispose of existing carpet (2) Furnish and install Queen "Moondance" glue down carpet color #301 travertine (3) furnish and install vinyl cove base (4) Price must be based on (a) owner to remove all furniture (b) 816 square yards of carpet required (c) work to be done evenings or weekends. All quotes shall include pricing for f.o.b destination to Dover AFB, DE. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercials Items, FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, FAR 52.247-34, F.o.b. – Destination, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition. Oral Quotes will not be accepted. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award will be ineligible for award (https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html). No written request for quote is available.
