- Monroe Mountain Ecosystem Restoration Project is being advertised under the authority of Stewardship End Result Contracting Demonstration Project. Forest product (aspen & spruce) removal will be used to pay for sagebrush treatment, let-down fence construction, road obliteration, tree planting, road maintenance, and culvert instllation. Project area is approximately 15,000 acres ont he Fishlake National Forest Forest in Sevier and Piute counties. This a 100 percent small business set-aside. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-APR-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 23-JUN-2003.
