Description

The US Government is interested in leasing approximately 20,000 to 21,000 ANSI rentable square feet, to yield at least 17,200 net usable square feet of first class office space for a federal agency in Seattle, WA. Location Boundries: From the corner of 4th Avenue and Lenora Street South on 4th Avenue to Union Street, East to I-5, Northeast to 9th Avenue, North to Lenora Street and West to 4th Avenue. Interested parties should submit locations for inspection in writing to this office no later than July 09, 2003. Requirements: Five-year firm term lease. Space must be contiguous, 2nd floor and above and must include 4 inside parking spaces. Occupancy is required by February 1, 2004.
