- The General Services Administration (GSA) has interest in leasing approximately 8,200 BOMA rentable square feet of contiguous office space in Eureka, California. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 7,103 BOMA usable square feet. Lease Term: 10 years, 8 years firm. Desired Occupancy Date: March 2004. Area of consideration is Eureka, California, with the delineated area being: North - 1st Street, South - 9th Street, West - D Street, East - L Street. Location of space to be offered must be in a commercial office district with attractive surroundings and with a prevalence of modern design or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Well-maintained streets and public sidewalks are required. Buildings that contain asbestos or PCB materials will not be considered. A fully serviced and handicapped accessible building is required.
