Description

The Government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity with Time and Material (T&M) provisions in support of the Navy Personnel Research, Studies and Technology Department (NPRST) in various manpower and personnel research areas. These areas will include the (1) design, development and maintenance of military and civilian force management and compensation research databases; (2) design, development, update, enhancements and maintenance of military and civilian force management and compensation planning prototype/research decision-making information systems; (3) design, development, update and maintenance of military, civilian force management and compensation prototype/modeling systems. Detailed specifications and delivery requirements will be specified in the solicitation. This offer will be evaluated on ?Best Value to the Government?. This is a follow-on contract to contract Number: N00189-98-D-9501 to Resource Consultants, Inc., 2650 Park Tower Drive, #800, Vienna, VA 22180. The resulting contract will be from the date of award for one year with four (4), twelve month option periods. Services shall be performed in the Continental United States.
