- . The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue solicitation N00024-03-R-5450 to Raytheon Systems Company (RSC) of Tucson, Arizona for procurement of FY 04 production requirements in support of the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Program. Requirements include Launching Canisters, MK-44 Mod 2 Block 1 Guided Missile Round Packs (GMRPs), MK-47 Mod 6 Block 1 GMRPs, MK-20 Mod 2 Active Optical Target Detectors (AOTDs), GMRP spares and disassembly, integration, test and recertification of newly configured Block 1 GMRPs. RSC is the qualified producer of the RAM and the only known source that currently possesses the requisite knowledge and expertise of the equipment required to satisfactory meet Fleet requirements.
