- NA Furnish all labor, plant, materials and supervision to fulfill the annual roofing requirements of various facilities on Fort Detrick, Frederick, Maryland. This will be a Requirements-Type contract and shall be for a one-year base period and four option ye ars. The project disciplines consist of, but are not limited to, roofers, laborers and carpenters. Solicitation number DAMD17-03-B-0002 will be released on or about July 7, 2003 and open on or about August 7, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a b id that will be considered. The solicitation package, when released, will be available at www.usamraa.army.mil. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. The estimated price range of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This is a 100% Sma ll Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 238160 with a size standard of $12 million in average annual receipts. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 2252.204-7004, that all Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
