- NA This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 to Medsim and not a request for competitive quotes. Medsim is the only known source for a ultrasound training simulator (Ultrasim) . This requirement is to provide one Ultrasim S ystem at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA. This request is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in FAR subpart 13.**** Note 22 Applies.
