- NA Provide Steel Plates, Rolling of Steel Plate, H Shapes, and Steel Pipe for the U.S. Corps of Engineers, delivery to the Louisville Repair Station, 2605 Shippingport Drive, Louisville, KY 40212. Steel must conform to ASTM A36. Award of this Request for Quot es (RFQ) will be based on Best Value to the Government. Evaluation Factors to be considered when determining the award are Delivery and Price. This Procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. NAICS 331111 (1,000 employees). Approximate issue date is 27 June 2003 and approximate due date is 9 July 2003, 4:30PM Local Time. Anyone interested in receiving this RFQ must register through the Louisville District Home Page at: http://www.lrl.usace.army.mil/cnt. Click on Available Solicitations. Scroll d own and click on the appropriate Solicitation/RFQ number and register. Once registration is completed, scroll down to Download/View Solicitation File. Click on the down-arrow and choose Solicitations. Click Go. At the next page, Scroll down and click on th e Contract Number listed in the File Name column. You will then be taken to the document for viewing/downloading. This RFQ is downloadable from the web site only. There will be no hard copies mailed. Telephone/fax requests for this RFQ will not be honored . Faxed responses to this RFQ are NOT acceptable. All technical evaluation information must be included with your Quote.
