Description

NA The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis from Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Cage Code: 04939, a quantity of 204 each TEDAC units (including FMS requirements) for FY 2003, as well as an option for an additional 91 TEDAC units in FY 2004. There is also a requirement for a quantity of 210 each (including FMS requirements) pieces of glass for the displays for FY 2003. Also to be procured are 8 each LRU/LRM spares which include 1 each of the following parts: TEDAC Display head, P/N: 13077983, TEDAC Video Interface, P/N: 13077904, TEDAC Power Supply, P/N: 13077905, TEDAC Electronics Module, P/N: 13077940-009, and TEDAC Tube/Chassis, P/N: 13077960-009. No telephone request will be accepted. The G overnment intends to award a contract under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. There is no technical data package available. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
