- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation Number F2CE0031110200. (iii) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3585 with a small business size standard of 750. The associated NAICS code is 333415. (iv) This synopsis/solicitation contains two contract line item numbers (CLIN) CLIN 0001 and 0002. Description is as follows: CLIN 0001: 1 ea. Air Conditioning Training P/N PHP-2T-U or equal: Package Heat Pump Unit 208/230 Volts 10 60HZ, 2-ton package heat pump units, solid state defrost compressor time delay, space thermostat, 6 Electrical faults mode, charging, recovery, leak testing, evacuation, dehydration, electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting. CLIN 0002: 1 ea. Air Conditioning Training P/N CFS-3, or equal: 30 Compressor Fault Simulator, Three-phase compressor fault simulator with 11 Failure modes. Delivery of all items shall be marked as: OL-E AFCESA/CEMIRT 730 E St. Building 1205 Travis AFB, CA 94535-2405 Attn: Ms. Gloria Swen (v) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without addenda. (vi) A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued based upon the proposal determined to provide the best value and price. Award will be based on an integrated assessment of product quality, past performance, and price. (vii) Offerors are required to complete a copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?Commercial Items, excluding paragraph (b) of the provision (IAW DFARS 212.301(b)(2)).
