Description

This contract shall be awarded for Replace Plumbing Historic Ethridge (9 units), TMKH 03-4052, at Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina. This project is unrestricted. This project includes demolition, and the removal and replacement of plumbing in buildings 322, 324, 326, 328, 330, 334, 336, 338 and building 340 on Ethridge Street, Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina. The performance period is 70 days. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 283220 and the size standard of $11.5 million applies. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://ccr2000.com. Release of the solicitation will be via the Internet only. Interested parties may download the solicitation from http://www.eps.gov where it will be posted on or about 9 July 2003. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package.
