- The Air Armament Center Contracting Directorate (PK) and Acquisition Center of Excellence (ACE) Offices are hosting an ORAL PROPOSAL FORUM for the Eglin AFB acquisition community and interested contractors. This forum will be held on 16 July 03, 1:00-3:00pm at the Eglin AFB Conference Center. The forum includes a briefing by the Director of the ACE office on oral proposals as well as a cross-functional panel discussion which will provide both US Government and Industry personnel?s perspective. A Tentative Agenda for the meeting is as follows: Col Allen, AAC/PK, introduces MajGen Chedister, AAC/CC- Welcome Address Presented by General Chedister- Ms Rutledge, AAC/AE, presents briefing on Oral Presentations- Break- Panel Discussions and Audience questions- Closing Remarks by Col Allen. Due to space limitations at the facility, participation will be limited. Parties wishing to attend must RSVP with the number of attendees limited to two per firm. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to hear the AAC oral proposal philosophy and to understand some of the benefits and challenges of oral proposals. The forum will be recorded. Those unable to attend this session may contact the POC identified below for details on obtaining copies of the recording.
