- Description
- Notice of intent to negotiate sole source contract with the Pacific Salmon Commission (PSC) for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Purpose of proposed contract is to coordinate participation of a Canadian laboratory in DNA sampling, sample analysis, and data exchange and coordination among laboratories required to establish a West Coast chinook DNA baseline for stock identification. PSC will coordinate chinook stock identification of a Canadian laboratory for inclusion of Canadian chinook salmon stocks in the coast-wide DNA baseline study. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
