- Sources sought to provide aerial spotter transect between San Diego and San Francisco, CA. Contractor will fly over survey areas with coordinates for 100 transects of approximately 6 hours in length. Contractor will be required to spot fish in this area and must be able to identify and distinguish between the various coastal pelagic species found off southern California.
