- THIS SOLICITATION IS CANCELED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. Solicitation for NSN 1560-00-409-7053 / YPG03133000620. First article testing applies. Export Control applies. An ?export control? technical data package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 181 each with a 100% quantity option. The required delivery schedule is 275 days ARO, FOB destination. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
