- Description
- Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity contract, RFP, other than full and open competition, commercial items for Lubricating Oil, Engine 15w 40, Re-Fined, unit package QT, CN, and DR. I/A/W MIL-PRF-2104G, QPL items , critical application item, Multiple NSN?s 9150-01-421-1427 for estimated annual quantity of 48,000 QT, NSN 9150-01-421-1424, 6,900 CN, NSN 9150-01-421-1432, 1,800 Drum. Stock location SRG, Richmond, VA depots, AQ5, Tracy, CA. MSDS and hazard warning labels are required. COS is coded Y therefore the solicitation is IAW Far Part 12. RFP will result in a base year plus four (4) option years to the stock locations and DVD. All NSNs have inspection and acceptance origin, QAP 204. The solicitation will contain EPA provision and does not contain progress payments, quantity variance plus 5% minus 5%, delivery is 45 days for 1st delivery, 30 days for DLA stock shipments thereafter DVD orders delivery schedules will be 3 days for routine orders and 1 day for high priority orders. Surge requirement exist for NSN 9150-01-421-1432. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.dla.mil/on the same issue date cited in the RFP.
