- THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE INSTALLATION OF AN ELECTRONIC SECURITY SESTEM (ESS) AT PORT ALLEN LOCK, A NEW ORLEANS DISTRICT, U.S. ARMY ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS FACILITY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL ITEMS REQUIRED TO MAKE A COMPLETE AND OPERATIONAL INSTALLATION WHETHER OR NOT EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS ARE CONTAINED IN THE EQUIPMENT/MATERIALS LISTS, DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. THE CONTRACTOR IS REAPONSIBLE FOR FIELD VERIFYING ALL SITE CONDITIONS. SOME SUBSTITUTIONS OF MINOR ITEMS LISTED IN THE EQUIPMENT LIST MAY BE USED WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICER.
