- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to award a commercial sole source purchase order to Foresight Corporation, 4950 Blazer Parkway, Dublin, OH for renewal of existing EDISIM, Ambassador and Tier 1 TradeSite Software licenes. Renewal of licenses will support EDI transactional verification software for developing and maintaining new and existing EDI connections between DEBX servers and other Government/Commercial trading partners. North Americn Industry Classification System Code is 511210, Software Publishers. The software is proprietary to Foresight Corporation which is the only source for license renewal. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition is made in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Award is anticipated o/a 03 July 2003. See Numbered Note 22.
