- Description
- Solicitation number NA1341-03-Q-0371, dated April 15, 2003, is hereby amended to revise the technical specifications for the Turbo Sputter Coating System and extend the due date for quotes to June 30, 2003 @ 3pm EST. All interested offerors shall provide a quote for the following: Line Item 0001: One (1) Turbo Sputter Coating System meeting or exceeding the following required specifications: (1) Bench top system; (2) Specimen size of 8 inch or larger; (3) Capability for sputtering Chromium, Copper and Aluminum; (4) Spattering cluster size 10nm or less; (5) Deposition rate adjustable from 1 nanometer per minute to at least 50 nanometers per minute; (6) Rotating/tilting stage; (7) Even thickness deposition to within 10 nanometers or better; (8) Chamber vacuum 10-6 mBarr minimum;(9) Automatic pre-cleaning cycle; (10) Automatic vacuum shutdown; (11) Film thickness monitor; (12) Programmable deposition tasks for fully automatic coating operations; (13) Shall have the ability for manual coating operation; (14) Sputter timer; (15) Liquid nitrogen trap and (16) Vacuum gauges.
