- Description
- Multiple award term contract in each of 5 categories for various Government agencies within Printing Region 4, beginning August 1, 2003, and ending July 31, 2004. Quality Level IV is required. These specifications cover the production of envelopes requiring such operations as electronic prepress, composition, proofs, films, printing, packing and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS/QUANTITIES: It is impossible to predetermine the number or frequency of orders which will be placed during the term of the contract. However, the total number of orders for the term of the contract is anticipated to be approximately 225; the breakdown for orders in each category is as follows: Category 1--Quantities from 1,000 through 5,000 copies - approximately 61% of the orders; Category 2--Quantities of 5,001 up to and including 10,000 copies - approximately 13% of the orders; Category 3--Quantities of 10,001 up to and including 50,000 copies - approximately 22% of the orders; Category 4--Quantities of 50,001 up to and including 100,000 - approximately 3% of the orders; and Category 5--Quantities over 100,000 - approximately 1% of the orders. TRIM SIZE: Up to and including 12" x 16". Complete production and delivery schedule will be indicated on each order. Request for bid package may be FAXed to (404) 605-9185 on bidder's letterhead. (NOTE: these specifications have not yet been issued; however the target date for issuance of the specifications is during the week of June 23, 2003.)
