- The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price delivery order to the Fairfax County Parks Authority, Fairfax, Virginia for a follow-on contract for services related to the use of recreation facilites. Contractor services are required for approximately 12 months.
