- Description
- 213,200 books, 864 pages plus separate cover and 2 tear-out forms at the back. Size is 8-3/8 x 10-7/8" and bleeds are required. Covers print in 4-color process, one PMS 5th color, and a clear spot U.V. coating. Text prints in 4-color process and one additional PMS color; PMS color varries by section (9 different PMS colors required). Two forms at back print in black only and must be perforated along the bind edge. Electronic PDF files will be furnished and proofs will be required. The government will also inspect press sheets at the contractor's plant at the beginning of each press run. Perfect bind with scores on the fold. Nation-wide distribution will be required to approx. 78,500 addresses. SPECIFICATIONS HAVE NOT YET BEEN WRITTEN. REQUEST A BID PACKAGE ON FIRM'S LETTERHEAD FAXED TO 312-886-3163 (ONE PACKAGE PER REQUEST). BIDDERS MUST HAVE A COMPLETE BID PACKAGE BEFORE SUBMITTING A QUOTATION.
