- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-03-T-0722 applies and is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and Circular 91-11. The NAICS code is 541611 and the business size standard is NTE 5.0 million. The agency need is for: ITEM 0001: NMCI TRANSITION SUPPORT SERVICES;SERVICES FOR COMPLETION OF PRELIMINARY SITE QUESTIONNAIRE AND PRE-NMCI CUTOVER ACTIVITIES ABOARD MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS ON OKINAWA, JAPAN ITEM 000101:LABOR ;MANAGING DIRECTOR AT A NOT TO EXCEED RATE OF $271.84/HR TOTAL ESTIMATED HOURS: 15 ($4,077.60) ITEM 000102: LABOR;SENIOR MANAGER AT A NOT TO EXCEED RATE OF $216.22/HR TOTAL ESTIMATED HOURS: 40 ($8,648.80) ITEM 000103: LABOR;SENIOR CONSULTANT AT A NOT TO EXCEED RATE OF $134.32/HR TOTAL ESTIMATED HOURS: 336 ($45,131.52) ITEM 000104 LABOR; CONSULTANT AT A NOT TO EXCEED RATE OF $111.79/HR TOTAL ESTIMATED HOURS: 672 (75,122.88) ITEM 000105 LABOR; MANAGEMENT ANALYST AT A NOT TO EXCEED RATE OF $71.40/HR TOTAL ESTIMATED HOURS: 1008 (71,971.20) ITEM 000106 OTHER DIRECT COST TO INCLUDE TRAVEL Place of Performance is Marine Corps Base, G-6, Bldg 480 room 225, Okinawa Japan. Estimated time frame for performance is 1 July 2003 thru 15 August 2003 . All services/material awarded under this contract are expected to be delivered 3 days after the award is placed with the successfu l offeror. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and price-related factors. The following Provisions apply o this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Comm Items (Oct 2000), FAR 52.212.2 Evaluation-Comm.
